Ulu sea salt is Ulu's original product and foundation for the company. Water is collected from Maui's north shore, filtered, and evaporated by the power of the Hawaiian sun. Once finished, the pure natural sea salt is scraped from the pans and packaged for you!

Ulu sea salts are best used as finishing salt or for cocktails. Try adding to a salad; topping roasted vegetables, nuts, or sourdough bread. Loaded with flavor due to the rich mineral content.
